- Ivy Leaf (Hedera Helix) A proven ingredient used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chesty coughs. Ivy leaf helps to thin & loosen chest mucus whilst also clearing congestion for easier breathing. Echinacea Purpurea Helps fight off infections, especially of the upper respiratory tract. Licorice Root Traditionally used as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, coughs and bronchitis. Also helps to relieve & soothe a sore throat. Japanese honeysuckle Traditionally used for the treatment of symptoms of the common cold, including sore throat and mild fever.
Recommended Dosage
- 4-9 years: 2.5ml (3 to 5 times per day, 10-14 years: 5ml (2 to 3 times per day), 15+ years: 10ml (2 to 3 times per day)
